The blossom on my Hydrangea has gone from vibrant pink to a yellow/green color... why???

I re-potted it after i bought it and used miracle grow potting soil. I water it regularly and it gets at least a half day's sun. (if I notice it wilting from too much sun I move it into shade and vice versa.)

The plant is very healthy it seems and doesn't have any bugs or any other problem it's just the bloom has gone from a pretty pink to a ugly white-ish/yellow/green color??? Suggestions?

Hydrangea change color due to how acid is its soil. Ph plays alot into the color of the blooms
Reply:You need to add Aluminum sulfate to the soil. This can be found at home deopt or lowes. We had the same problem about a coupple of years ago. Ours turned from a baby blue color to a funky green color so i found some info on the web and bought some Aluminum sulfate. Then I applied a disposable cup full and in a few months they turned back baby blue!!! Good luck
Reply:Repotting it is most likely why it changed color as it gets accustommed to the new environment. You can control the color of the flowers following the information here:
