Wedding Bouquet?

Im using Red Hydrangeas for my Bouquet, and i was wondering what is a good flower to use for the boutonnieres?

was thinking beige magnolia.

What do you think .. any pix you have would help

I like your idea, perhaps for the guys add a bit of ivy around it - the green will look great against the beige magnolia.
Reply:I love hydrangeas and think they make a lovely bouquet. I love magnolias, too. Will the beige magnolias be smaller than the white ones? The ones we have on our tree are about the size of a dinner plate when they are in full bloom. It you can get some small ones, that would be lovely for boutonnieres.

EDIT: It looks like they do breed smaller magnolias for arrangements and such. If you go with the magnolias, you may want to get some of the large blooms and float them in water in a pretty bowl as a centerpeice. Wish you lived near me! I could give you some from my mother's tree!
Reply:I think they are both nice flowers....just make sure they will hold up if you're having a summer wedding. A deep red and beige will look very nice together. You could also use hydrengea in the boutonnieres. I've seen this done in one of the magizines I bought to perpare for my wedding.

Magnolias are quite beautiful, so feel free to go with those instead...either way I'm sure they'll be great!

Reply:Magnolia's are very complimentary to Red Hydrangeas. They represent Love of nature; Nobility; Dignity. I think that's what you want the men in your party to reflect.
