Do Hydrangeas like manure fertilizer?

Manure is good for all plants as long as it isn't fresh. Fresh manure can cause plant roots to get burned, thus killing the plant.

But Hydrangeas need acid as well. Miracle Grow for Acid Loving Plants is good, along with a little old manure.

Everything likes manure! Just be careful not to burn your plants. If they are established, and in the ground, you will need to mix the manure with some soil and then you can either dig a trench along the bed{ or if a single plant dig a circle around} about 1 ft. out from plants. Add mixture and cover with mulch or whatever you are using. If it's potted I would stick with a slow release compound or liquid.
